For the Pears Gorgonzola Toast, preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Drain the pear halves well.
Cut the Gorgonzola into slices.
Briefly toast the brown bread slices in the oven and brush the dry side with butter.
Place ham and then pear halves on top. Spread with cranberry jelly and top with cheese slices.
Spread walnuts on top of the bread.
Bake the pear gorgonzola toast in the oven on top with the grill function for about 8 minutes.
