Instructions:

For the Chicken Wings with Cole Slaw, first mix all marinade ingredients and let sit for 1 hour.

Mix the chicken wings with the marinade and let them marinate overnight in the refrigerator with the lid closed.

The next day, first prepare the cole slaw. Remove the skin from the carrots and slice them into fine strips. Cut out the stalk from the cabbage, cut the cabbage into thin strips, mix with salt and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Then squeeze.

Squeeze oranges and lemons, mix with sour cream and mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper and Worcester sauce. Loosely stir in carrots and white cabbage and let sit for about 20 minutes.

Remove chicken wings from marinade, pat dry and grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes on both sides. Serve the wings with cole slaw and garnish the chicken wings with cole slaw with a small amount of fresh mint.
