For the feta cheese spread with cranberries, toast the almonds in a pan without fat, let cool and chop finely.
Cut the cranberries into very small cubes. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls.
Chop the feta cheese with the help of a fork. Mix cream cheese and feta cheese with sour cream and grape seed oil until smooth. Mix in cranberries, chives and almonds.
Season the spread with herb salt , ground pepper and lemon juice.
