Nut Sauce with Olives to Penne

Separate the onion from the skin and dice it, chop the parsley and pit the olives. 2.

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the chili pepper and nuts and cook for 5 minutes.

Blend everything in a hand blender or with a hand blender to a puree. Return to saucepan, add chopped parsley and pour in wine. Bring to the boil and allow the sauce to simmer gently. Season with salt and pepper and finally add the olives.

In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain and mix with the sauce.


Tip: Use fleshy olives for even more enjoyment!
