For the feta cheese omelet, wash the bell bell pepper, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Wash and dice the tomatoes.

Peel and chop the onion. Heat butter in a pan and fry bell pepper, tomato and onion pieces.

Dice feta cheese, beat eggs and add both to the pan. Pluck basil, sprinkle in and let omelet fry.

Season the feta cheese omelet with salt and pepper.
