For the rice casserole with lyonnaise, put the rice in 500 ml. boiling salted water, swell on low heat for 18-20 minutes, then let cool.

Sauté the onion in the butter until soft, dice the lyoner, mix with onions, rice, curd cheese, eggs and peas. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese, dot with butter flakes and place in the preheated oven. Bake at 220° for about 45 minutes.

Sprinkle the rice casserole with lyonnaise with parsley and serve.
