Burger Buns with Hemp Flour

Instructions:

Mix dry ferment with milk, sugar and some of the wheat flour and let rise for about 15 minutes in a warm place, covered with a moistened cloth.

Then knead with the remaining flour, hemp flour, nutmeg, curry powder, salt, oil and the egg yolk ( put the egg white aside to coat) until smooth. Let rise for at least 30 minutes.

Knead the dough well one more time, form into a roll and cut into 6 equal parts. Turn each part loosely between the hollow of your hands until the dough has formed a smooth surface.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (not too close together) and let rest again, covered, for about 15 minutes. Brush with the egg white and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for about 15 minutes.
