Melt 2, 5 tbsp. butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Remove the skin from the onion, cut into cubes and fry until translucent.

Blanch (scald) the tomatoes, rinse with cold water, skin, chop without the stalks and mix with curry, paprika and clear soup.

Fold in about 375 ml of water and the paradeis pulp. Skin the mackerel, remove the bones, cut into medium small pieces and add, cook for 10 to 15 min.

Rinse the spinach well and chop it without the stems. Add with the remaining butter.

Stir in the couscous and 100 rnl warm water and make at high temperature 3 to 4 min.

Remove from heat and let rest for 5 to 10 min.

If you want it spicier, add harissa to the sauce.
