For the Long Grain Rice Soup Meat Salad, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add turmeric and parboiled long grain rice and cook until al dente. Drain and allow to drain well.

While long grain rice is cooking, clean leeks and cut into thin rings. Blanch in boiling hot salted water for half a minute. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Clean the radishes and cut them into sticks. Cut cooked soup meat into narrow slices. Mix cream, sour milk, mayonnaise, curry powder and a little salt to make a sauce.
