For the curry eggs, hard boil eggs, rinse, peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash with a fork. Cream with butter until fluffy.

Mash banana and stir into butter-egg mixture with curry. Fill the mixture into the egg halves. Garnish the curry eggs with black olives.
