Lightly fry millet, finely chopped onion and crushed garlic clove in butter. Extinguish with the vegetable soup and swell for 15 min. Grease an ovenproof dish, then alternate layers of millet and grated cheese. Bake in a heated oven (medium temperature) until golden brown.
