For the banana spaetzle, peel the bananas, chop them up a bit and mash them together with the milk. Add eggs and whipped cream and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and curry.

Mix everything well until the dough bubbles. Bring salted water to a boil and add the mixture to the water using a spaetzle slicer.

Bring to the boil briefly, remove from the water, strain and toss the banana spaetzle in butter.
