Yogurt From UHT Milk

Stir milk with skim milk powder and yogurt at room temperature, fill into sealable containers and then put into a larger container, then fill it with boiling water, close lightly (saucepan with lid). Then cover everything together with a terry towel. After 8 to 10 hours, the cups should then be stored in the refrigerator.

Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt yes as needed!
