Instructions:

For the pumpkin soup peel onion and cut into small cubes. Peel pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Heat butter and fry onion until translucent. Add the pumpkin and fry it.

Pour in vegetable soup and simmer gently for about 15 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.

Then puree, mix in whipped cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and bring to the boil again briefly.

Garnish as desired with pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seeds and serve the pumpkin cream soup.
