For the 4-layer roast, knead all ingredients for the yeast dough for about 10 minutes with a food processor and leave to rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
Soak the rolls in milk. Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Mix well minced meat with the squeezed out roll, egg, mozzarella and spices.
Grease a loaf pan and put the yeast dough as the bottom layer, spread the minced meat on top, cover with the slices of gouda and finish with the puff pastry.
Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk and cream mixture and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
