Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Sift the flour on a baking board and press a bulge in the middle.

Mix the eggs in a baking bowl and season with salt, pour into the indentation with the oil and gradually add the flour. Knead the dough well until it is smooth and pliable. Rest in a wet dishhangl for half an hour.

Next, roll out the dough and cut into wide strips. Make the pasta al dente in boiling hot salted water.

Remove the peel from the shallot and cut into small cubes. Dice the fresh salmon as well. Then heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the shallot cubes and sauté. Add the salmon cubes to the shallots form, sauté and season with salt.

Flambé with the vodka and add the whipped cream and reduce briefly. Peel the garlic clove, chop finely and add. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Rinse the parsley, toss dry and chop finely with a large kitchen knife.

Add the pasta and chopped parsley to the sauce form and mix well. Serve immediately.
