Soak the Roman pot for 15 minutes. Cook the spaghetti in salted water, rinse with cold water and drain well. Chop the onion and cook in oil until soft, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, the tomato pulp and the spices. Add the minced meat, the shrimps and the sliced canned mushrooms with a little juice to this mixture and let it boil briefly.
Season again. Lightly grease the watered Roman pot, then put in half of the spaghetti, pour over half of the meat sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese, repeat the same layering and finally put on the light butter in flakes. Close the Roman pot with the lid and put it in the cold oven.
Tip: Always use aromatic spices to enhance your dishes!
