Instructions:

Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water according to package instructions.

Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Drain the pickled gherkins and cut into small cubes. Halve capers. Chop olives coarsely. Drain tuna. Wash and finely chop chives.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion cubes. Add garlic. Then add tuna, olives, capers and gherkins. Fry briefly and then mix with the whipped cream. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and zest.

Add the spaghetti and mix thoroughly.

Serve the tuna spaghetti sprinkled with chives.
