For the rum dessert, beat yolks with powdered sugar until foamy. Add orange juice and rum. Whip the cream until stiff.

Soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze out and dissolve according to instructions. Add to yolk mixture. Finally, fold in whipped cream.

Pour the rum dessert into glasses and refrigerate.
