For the baked spaghetti squash, preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat, cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Sprinkle the halves with enough water, add butter flakes on top and cook in the oven for about 40-50 minutes.

In the meantime, cut onion and bacon into small cubes and fry briefly in a pan. Cut tomato into small cubes as well and chop garlic finely. Beat the egg and mix well with crème fraîche. Season. Stir in bacon, onion, tomato, herbs and garlic.

When squash is soft, remove strings with a fork and pick apart (avoiding damaging the shell if possible) mix with egg mixture and pour back into empty squash shells. Then sprinkle with Parmesan and place back in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Serve the baked spaghetti squash hot.
