Instructions:

Separate the garlic from the skin and mash finely. Separate avocado from peel and cut into cubes. Make into a puree with juice of one lemon, garlic and crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper and chili. Stone chili pepper and cut into rings. Clean spring onion and cut into rings. Fry bread, break at mark and fill with avocado cream, lettuce, spring onions, cilantro greens, chile rings and ham.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
