For the ham roll with curd pumpkin filling, mix QimiQ with pumpkin seed oil until smooth, add curd cheese and cream cheese, mix well with pumpkin seeds and season.
Spread out the ham slices on cling film and pipe the cream onto the broad side using a piping bag (smooth nozzle).
Roll the ham tightly with the help of the foil and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Unwrap from foil, pipe a rosette on top with the cream, garnish with fresh chervil or asparagus.
