Wash vegetables and dry with kitchen paper. Cut everything into coarse cubes.

Marinate in a bowl with oil, sea salt and sugar. Add the thyme to the vegetables and mix in a bowl.

Place the marinated vegetables on the wire rack and cook in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer at 180 °C for 15-18 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs.
