Instructions:

For the roast lung with tomatoes and rollino, cut the lung roast into medallions and wrap with bacon. Salt and pepper on both sides and brown well in a pan in butter and oil.

Remove from pan and place on a baking sheet. Slice tomatoes and rollino and place one slice on each piece of lung roast.

Bake in the oven at about 170 °C for 20 minutes au gratin.
