For the couscous:


1 hour 45 min, just cut meat into small cubes. Peel and cut the onion.

In a spacious saucepan, melt butter, briefly sweat onion and meat cubes in it. Add peach juice, soy sauce (or bouillon cubes), pepper and one chopped chili pepper (or Tabasco). Simmer gently for about 1 ½ hours, stirring repeatedly.

For the cous cous:

Bring water with oil and salt to a boil, remove the saucepan from the kitchen stove Stir in cous cous and swell for 2 minutes. Add the butter and cook at low temperature for 2-3 minutes.

Serve the stew with cous cous the peach halves and with the salad.
