Instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, heat the oil in a frying pan and then gently roast the potato cubes. Just before the end, add the onion cubes so that they do not get too brown. Rinse the fish, season with salt and acidify. Put each piece of fish in a separate foil. For this, brush the foil lightly with oil, but only a touch, put the fish on it and then add a little bit of the different vegetables. Put a slice of garlic on top and season repeatedly. Tie the foil into a package. Place these four packages on a baking tray in the oven and cook at 200 °C for 25 minutes. Do not put the vegetables on top of the fish, as they might not be cooked enough. If fresh fish is used, the cooking time should be shortened a little. Carefully remove the packages from the stove. Eat out of the foil. You can add the fried potatoes to the broth in the foil or serve them separately. As you like. You can also add baguette or long grain rice or use other spices like rosemary or herbs of Provence, but not too much.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
