Roll out dough 2mm thick oval, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, prick a few times with a fork.
Cut the spring onions diagonally about 2cm long pieces, cut the onions into fine rings. Steam everything with warm butter or light butter for 2-3 minutes, put aside.
Season cream, spread evenly on dough except for a 2cm border. Spread onions and cheese evenly on top, season.
Bake on the lowest shelf of the heated oven at 220 °C for approx. 15 min.
Serve with a mixed spring salad.
