For the toast, melt the butter in a pan and brown the toast slices on both sides. Allow to cool.

Spread the slices with horseradish, mustard or tomato ketchup. Cut roast into strips and spread on toast slices.

Sprinkle with parsley, top with cheese and bake until cheese begins to brown.
