Ingredients for 1 l jar:


Sort out the figs and cut off the stalk. Heat white wine with lemon zest and 3 tbsp. sprinkled nuts. Put in figs. Once briefly boil, infuse fruit in meat juice for 3 min, boil again and add remaining caster sugar.

Add preserving aid according to instructions, fill meat juice and fruit hot into prepared jar. Close the jar on the spot.
