Try this delicious cake recipe:

Put flour in a suitable bowl, press a bulge in the middle. Crumble the yeast, mix with 1 tsp sugar and form into the indentation. Warm the milk slightly and pour it over the yeast. Stir everything with a little flour to a liquid dampfl, cover and leave for 30 minutes. Add salt, butter, sugar, grated lemon peel and a little mace. Mix all ingredients until a smooth dough is formed. Mix the dough with the dough hook of the mixer until it comes off the side of the bowl as a dumpling. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Grease a baking sheet, roll out the dough, place it on the baking sheet. Rise again for 30 min, prick a few times with a fork. Melt 75 g butter, brush the dough with it. Mix cinnamon, vanilla sugar, sugar and ground almond kernels, sprinkle over the dough. Spread the sour cream evenly on top. Bake the cake for 25 to 35 minutes at 200-225 degrees (gas 4-5), cool a little.
