Try this delicious pasta dish:

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares (10 x 10 cm). Steam the onion and parsley in butter until soft, cool and mix with the sausage meat, ham and egg white. Form oblong sausages from this mixture and place them in the middle of the dough squares. Brush the edges with egg white and press them together. Brush the sausages with egg yolk and place them on a baking tray rinsed with cold water. Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
