Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Mix paprika and minced meat, paprika powder, diced onion, salt, eggs, pepper and breadcrumbs and make a smooth dough.
Roll out puff pastry thinly and place half of the meat dough on top in bread form. Place the sausages on the meat dough and fill the remaining meat dough on top.
Fold the puff pastry over the minced meat and press the edges of the pastry well with a little bit of water.
Cut nice strips from (maybe) remaining puff pastry. Brush the surface of the roast with beaten egg yolk and decorate with puff pastry strips.
Bake the minced roast in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 60 minutes and then cool.
Cut into slices and bring to the table.
