For the whole spelt chocolate banana muffins, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Cream margarine/butter with cane sugar, vanilla sugar and rum, then add yolks.
Stir in flour and baking powder. Now add the grated nuts. Cut bananas into small pieces and fold in with chopped chocolate and beaten egg whites. Fill the ramekins.
Bake at 160 degrees with hot air or at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
