For the marzipan muffins, mix butter with powdered sugar and salt, gradually stir in the whole eggs. Finely grate the marzipan and mix in as well. Fini’s Feinstes wheat flour universal sift with baking powder, mix grated almonds, orange juice and lemon zest and fold into the marzipan mixture. Fill the mixture into small baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for about 10 minutes. Let the muffins cool down and remove them from the baking pan. Roll out the green marzipan on a work surface sprinkled with powdered sugar to a thickness of approx. 2 mm, cut out stars and decorate the marzipan muffins with them.
