For the chocolate muffins, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Melt the butter, whisk well in a bowl with the eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and milk.

Add the liquid ingredients with half of the chocolate chips to the flour mixture and stir until combined.

Divide the batter into the muffin cups and top with the remaining chocolate chips.

Bake at 190° for about 20 minutes. For the blackberry sauce, caramelize the sugar in a pan, add the blackberries and cook over a lower heat until the caramel has dissolved.

Add vanilla sugar and raspberry brandy and serve with the chocolate muffins.
