For the cinnamon red wine chocolate muffins, melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool a little.

In the meantime, beat eggs with sugar until foamy, then add butter or margarine. Also mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Mix the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Then add egg mixture to flour/cocoa mixture and stir vigorously.

Gradually add the red wine. When batter is smooth, pour into muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes at 170 degrees.

Then cover the cinnamon red wine chocolate muffins with chocolate icing and decorate.
