For the vegetable pan, boil salted water in a pot, add the quinoa-bulgur mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes, strain.

Cut chicken fillets into strips,salt and brown in the pan. Cut the vegetables into small pieces, add them and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the quinoa mixture and salt a little more.
