Quinoa with Garlic

Sauté quinoa in olive oil. Juice one lemon with water to 4 dl per 250 g quinoa and pour quinoa with it, season with salt. Boil and simmer on low heat for about 15 min, then cool without lid next to the kitchen stove.

Clean radishes, rinse and cut into quarters. Crumble cheese coarsely. Rinse chives and cut into rolls, peel garlic and finely dice. Rinse cucumber and cut into strips preferably with a julienne grater, otherwise cut in half lengthwise and slice.

Mix all ingredients loosely together. Serve with whipped cream salad dressing or Mediterranean dressing.
