Chop the chicken meat, salt and pepper. Grate cheese and mix with meat and cream cheese to a homogeneous mass.
Shape the nuggets and preheat the oven to 200 °C. Roll the nuggets in flour, drag them through the yolk and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Bake the chicken nuggets at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.
Drain on paper towels, arrange and serve.
