Instructions:

For the yeast dough, mix salt, yeast, flour and sugar. Whisk milk with Rama and egg and stir into the flour mixture. Stir the dough until smooth, close or cover the baking bowl and let rise in a warm place. For the fillings: Mix all ingredients for the respective filling together.

After rising, mix the dough again and rise a second time. Brush the surface with a little oil.

Divide finished yeast dough into 3 on the spot pieces, roll out and spread each with a filling. Roll up each piece to make three rolls for the braid. Before braiding, score the rolls with a kitchen knife up to the center so that the filling is visible during baking. Place the braid on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 160 °C (depending on the size, it takes between 30 and 45 minutes).
