Instructions:

Rinse the lettuce under running water, clean and drain.

Cut tomatoes into eighths. Peel and chop the onion. Mix oil with wine vinegar, salt and pepper and add to the lettuce with the onion cubes.

Top lettuce with chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with chive rolls.
