Preheat oven to 180 °C (convection oven).

Cut meat into pieces.

Grease casserole dish and stir sour cream or crème fraiche whipped cream and onion soup in it. Fold in the meat pieces and put in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Serve with either long-grain rice or noodles.
