Instructions:

Mix both types of flour and salt. Mix honey and yeast with 1/2 liter of lukewarm water. Add to the flour together with the oil. Knead vigorously for up to 10 minutes.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 25 minutes. Coarsely chop pumpkin, walnuts and apricots, add to the dough and knead again. Form loaf or put dough into a coated loaf pan. Brush with milk and let rise again, covered, for 15 minutes.

Place a bowl of cold water in the oven and bake bread at 180°C for approx. 60 minutes (do not preheat).
