Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!
for the dressing: 100 g sour cream or crème fraiche or sour whipped cream 1 Msp chili spice
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp Tk – dill
1 tbsp Tk – chives 3 tbsp Mirakel Whip “light” 2 tbsp sherry
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sunflower oil or other vegetable oil
2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt
Make pasta “al dente”, drain, rinse when cool, drain well and put in a large bowl.
Remove the meat from the bones and cut into small cubes. Cut the pineapple pieces in half.
Add the ingredients “chicken knuckle … Pumpkin seeds” to the noodles form and mix everything together once briefly.
From the ingredients “sour cream or crème fraiche … Salt”, mix well, pour over the salad ingredients, mix the whole, leave the salad at room temperature with the lid closed for 2 to 3 hours and mix again before serving.
Serving : with grilled meat with a little bit of fresh baguette Drink : a well chilled beer
