For the basic oil recipe, separate eggs and beat egg whites with salt until firm.

Beat yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar a little. Add oil and water (lukewarm) and stir until foamy.

Sift flour with baking powder and slowly stir in. Fold in the beaten egg whites and pour into a greased and floured mold.

Bake the oil mixture in the oven on the middle shelf at 175° for about 45 minutes.
