For the steak in onion sauce, first heat the oil in a pan, season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes (rare), 4 minutes (medium) or 6 minutes (well-done) per side, depending on your taste.
Remove steaks from heat and keep warm. Add the onions to the pan and fry until golden brown.
Add the milk and turn off the heat. Then add KUNER mayonnaise and mix well.
Pour the sauce over the steaks and serve.
