Instructions:

Make chicken breast with salt and peppercorns in water 40 min. Clean and rinse carrots, bell bell pepper and spring onion. Cut carrots into slices, peppers into cubes and spring onion into rings. Remove seeds from chili pepper and cut into rings (use rubber gloves). Strain clear soup and remove chicken meat from skin and bones. Peel and dice onion and garlic and sauté in hot fat along with carrot slices. Sauté curry, then add chicken soup and make 10 min. Add spring onion, bell bell pepper, lentils and chili and continue cooking for 10 min. Rinse bean sprouts, chop coarsely and add to soup along with chicken. Season sharply with curry, soy sauce, salt and juice of one lemon.
