Instructions:

The beans are cleaned and, assuming that they should be too long (about 12cm or the diameter of their fryer or frying pan), broken.

Now the sauce is prepared from the ingredients listed above and set aside for later use.

The young onion is cut into fine rings and the ginger is finely chopped.

If you use a wok or a frying pan, the used oil is poured away. (if you use a deep fryer, of course not).

We arrange on a (heated) plate and finally form the raw scallions with the lightly toasted sesame seeds over the beans.

String beans or sugar snap peas. The thin string beans can be used in the same way, but they give the dish a completely different character.
