She beats the eggs in a sufficiently large bowl, adds flour, milk and the spice and whisks the whole thing into a smooth batter. She bakes a large pancake with half of it, but only lets it color on the bottom side. Now she turns it out onto a plate and puts it aside.

Using the rest of the dough, Mrs. Gamma repeatedly bakes the same pancake. She leaves it in the frying pan and puts the bread and cheese on top. Then she covers the whole thing with the pancake baked at the beginning and lets the whole work continue to bake leisurely on a small fire until the cheese begins to flow.

When it is ready, Mrs. Gamma places her egg chueaechae on a platter and cuts it into tranches before serving it up.
