For the Spaghetti Bolognese with Carrots, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Cut onion and carrots into small cubes and fry in oil.
Add minced meat and fry as well. Stir in tomato pieces, salt, oregano, basil and thyme and simmer for about 40 minutes.
